All horses in training are to be transported by C Star or JWR no outside hauling is permitted!

Not In Training -$150.00

 

LOCAL HORSE SHOW FEES:

Showing Fee Per Class- $100.00

Grand Classes- $30.00

Catch Handling- $50.00

Expenses including Groom Room, Feed Room, Hotel, Food, Tolls and other miscellaneous expenses will be split by the number of horses going to the show.
Entry Fee's/ Stalls/ Bedding must be paid by credit card, Zelle or Paypal at the time of Entry.

CONGRESS FEES:

Catch Handling - $200.00 If horse is prepared and ready at the gate.

                                $225.00 If horse has to be prepared.

 

Fees: $1,600.00 First Horse, $1,350.00 each additional horse. Owners with horses that show in more than 3 classes will be charged an additional $100.00 Per every 3 Classes.

Congress fee covers expenses such as mileage, hotel, food, tack and grooming stalls, etc. This is to be paid before departing for the horse show. This fee does not include each horses stall, shavings, clipping, entries and AMHR/ASPC fees. These charges will be billed separately, when they are due. Subject to change due to fuel costs.

PHOTO SHOOT:

Farm Photo Prep Fee $200.00 includes Clipping/ Facials/ Handling if horse is in training 

                                        $250.00 includes Clipping/ Facials/ Handling if horse is not in training

FUTURITY FEE:

Futurity fee is 15% of winnings or any payback classes!

SELLERS AGENT FEE:

12% commission on all horses sold by trainer.

FARRIER: 

Price will be discussed with owner before done depending on what  your horse requires.

 

​BLANKETS AND NECK SWEATS:

All Horses are Required to have 1 Sheets/ 1 Blanket/ 1 Neck wrap. 

All Horses are required to have 1 sheet and 1 blanket in black for horse shows.

We can order sheets/blankets and neck wraps for you and they will be embroidered with your information.

Horses are hard on neck wraps we do not guarantee that they will last years.

FARM VISITS AND HORSE EVALUATIONS:

Price will be discussed when planning the trip.

 

DRIVING HORSES:

All driving horses are required to have a show harness approved by Chelsea if not approved it will not be used. Once horse is broke to drive owner is reasonable to buy a bit for show harness that will be decided by Chelsea. Owners will be charged a rental fee for show cart per horse show unless owner has there own. If owner does not own a show harness can be rented for a price per show.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

Owners are to pay for all extra expenses including Coggins and Health Certificates. Also if your horse requires any medicine during the year you will be billed the following month. All vet work will be done by JWR and C Stars vet no outside vet work is permitted.

INSURANCE

We highly recommend insuring all horses while in training. This will give us and you a piece of mind if any unexpected accidents occur.
